Welcome to Aikido Kenkyukai Ryde. Founded in 2009, we are a non-profit Aikido dojo whose aim is to teach our students to a high standard of care and attention and bring the spirit of Aikido to our local community.
We offer classes for adults (16 years and older) in the non-violent Japanese martial art of Aikido: ‘The Art of Peace’.
We are located in the demographic centre of Sydney, Australia, in the suburb of West Ryde on the northern side of the Harbour and Parramatta River (halfway between Sydney City and Parramatta). The area is well serviced by train, bus and ferry links.
Aikido Ryde is a part of Aikido Kenkyukai NSW Incorporated, a member of the Martial Arts Industry Association (MAIA) – (Member No. 452) and all our instructors are accredited with the MAIA.
