IIshi Sensei at Ryde Dojo Thursday 6th July

Great News!  Iishi Sensei (7th Dan) has agreed to take the class at AKI Ryde dojo on Thusday 6th July – just before heading to Canberra for the weekend gasshuku.

Iishi Sensei is a long term student of Yamaguchi Sensei and it is a real honour to have such a senior Sensei run a seminar in our dojo. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to learn from such an experienced teacher.

Ishii Sensei 7th Dan in Canberra: 8-9 July 2017

Ishii sensei (7th Dan) returns to Canberra in July after many his years. A long time student of the late Yamaguchi sensei Ishii sensei shares a common tradition with our AKI teachers.  Ishii sensei was last in Canberra in 1999, where he taught for several months. His clear descriptions, practical and concise technique, and generous nature are remembered fondly and we look forward to training with him again.
